Bear Walkers (Walking to 3yo) is a parent assisted class that is 45min in duration and focuses on the development of movement skills in a structured multi-sensory environment. The class is designed around play, which is a vital learning tool, while progressively building simple movement patterns into more complex skills in a fun and challenging atmosphere.
Bunny Hoppers (3yo to 5yo) is a class that is 45min in duration and focuses on building independence, self-confidence and the ability to follow instructions while gaining an understanding of movement patterns. The class is structured to enhance physical and mental development through enjoyable activities that build gross and fine motor skills in a fun and challenging environment.
Rec Gym One (5yo to 7yo) is a class that is one hour in duration and focuses on building the fundamental skill set of gymnastics while allowing the progression to more complex skills. The class is designed and structured around gaining the physical and mental understanding of the basic skills required for progression in a fun and challenging environment.
Rec Gym Two (8yo to 12yo) is a class that is one and a half hours in duration and concentrates on challenging and advancing the current skill set to more difficult skills. The class is designed and structured to allow the development from basic skills to more advanced and complex skills in a fun and challenging environment
Teen Gym (13yo to 16yo) is one and a half hours in duration and concentrates on the physical activity involved in gymnastics while challenging strength, endurance and flexibility through circuit repetition skills and progressing the current gymnastics skill set. The class is designed and structured around positive movement and advancing skill set at an individual pace in a fun and challenging environment
Adult Gym (16+yo) is one and a half hours in duration and is designed as a non-structured class and can be booked in on a casual basis. The class has qualified coaches that can assist and give advice (skill progressions/activities) to work towards an individual goal. This could include building strength, improving flexibility or accomplishing certain skills.
