Gymnastics Coaching Positions

The Gymnastics Revolution (TGR) is a newly opened and rapidly growing, family owned and operated gymnastics facility in the inner west suburb of Summer Hill. We offer gymnastics classes from walking age to adults, including Men's and Women's competitive programs, in a fully equipped venue.


At TGR our key focus is to challenge and support the growth and development of each individual by encouraging and building confidence while fostering the benefits of gymnastics in a fun, safe and friendly environment.


We are currently seeking Gymnastics Coaches for the following positions:

Casual Junior Gymnastics Coaches ($13.40-$25.08 ph)

Do you have a passion for gymnastics and being part of a team? We are looking for individuals who are fun, energetic, and most importantly, who love to work with children.


You will be required to coach, or assist with coaching, a range of gymnastics classes, school holiday programs, birthday parties and special events. A qualification in gymnastics is preferred however we are willing to assist the right candidate. A background in gymnastics, tumbling, or cheer would be beneficial to your application. Applicants must be dependable, detail-oriented, team players, and able to communicate effectively with both students and parents. 

Part-Time Gymnastics Coaches ($42,562-$51,578 pa pro rata)

If you are a qualified and experienced gymnastics coach and would like to join our team, this may be the role for you!


You will be required to coach a range of gymnastics classes including recreational and competitive programs. You will need a minimum of Intermediate Gymnastics Australia Accreditation and two years gymnastics coaching experience. Applicants must be able to support the growth of junior coaches, communicate effectively with both students and parents as well as assist in the daily operations as required for the overall success of the program.

Gymnastics Program Head Coach ($60,000-$70,000 pa)

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic coach to join our team and lead our Gymnastics Programs.


You will be required to lead and coach across a range of classes including recreational and competitive programs. You will need a minimum of Intermediate Gymnastics Australia Accreditation, extensive coaching experience and proven gymnastics program management. Applicants must maintain strong communications with gymnasts, parents, coaches and the management team, assist in the growth and development of gymnasts, coaches and programs in line with TGR’s vision, as well as support the daily operations as required for the overall success of the club.
